Remote Sessions: Your contract includes 6 free remote sessions per month. The system tracks these sessions automatically; once your quota is reached, you will be prompted to purchase additional remote support tickets.

Priority Service: Contract holders receive priority status, allowing you to bypass the standard queue for faster response times.

Onsite Visits: This agreement covers remote support only. For Training or Programming, an onsite visit is required. These services are quoted separately, and a technician will be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
